Resumption of Passport Operations in Barcelona
The Philippine Embassy Madrid is pleased to announce that passport operations in Barcelona will resume on Monday, 13 January 2013.
Passport and dual citizenship applications may now be processed by the Embassy’s Consular Outreach Mission stationed at the Philippine Honorary Consulate located at c/ Vidre 4, principal (near Placa Real).
