President Benigno S. Aquino III Visited the Monument of Dr. Jose Rizal in Madrid

President Aquino led the wreath-laying ceremony at the Monument of Dr. Jose Rizal in Avenida Las Islas Filipinas on 15 September 2014. He was met by Councilor Isabel Martinez-Cubells of the Ayuntamiento de Madrid and was assisted by officials of the Knights of Rizal.
