Ambassador Philippe J. Lhuillier led the Embassy’s closing ceremony of the National Women’s Month celebration on 28 March 2025. Several activities were undertaken by Madrid PE during its month-long celebration such as Gender sensitivity awareness training for its personnel and for the Filipino community in Spain and Andorra; various social media activities, free medical consultations, skills trainings and many more.
In his remarks, the Ambassador lauded all women for their hard work, dedication and contribution to the society and encouraged continued support to all women, particularly those in Spain and Andorra.
