Ambassador Philippe J. Lhuillier of the Philippine Embassy in Spain signed an MOU with Director Miguel Falomir Faus of the Museo Nacional del Prado today, 23 January 2025 at the Prado Museum Office in Madrid to formalize their commitment in collaborative exchanges, research, study and display of Philippine art.
