Important Announcement: COMELEC Guidelines for Those Who Have Not Yet Received Their Ballots

COMELEC VOTING GUIDELINES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET

RECEIVED THEIR BALLOTS

 

The Philippine Embassy in Madrid wishes to inform all registered voters that if you have not yet received your ballot kit, you may vote by personally appearing at the Philippine Embassy in Madrid.

 

Procedure:

1.    Verify your name in the Certified List of Overseas Voters: http://www.comelec.gov.ph/oav/?r=tpl%2Ffind_registration_-_individual_search and List of those who failed to vote twice: http://www.comelec.gov.ph/oav/?r=tpl%2Foav_lists%2Flist_of_overseas_absentee_voters_who_failed_to_vote_in_two_consecutive_national_elections

 

2.    If your name appears in any of the above lists and you have not received your ballot in the mail, you may go to the Philippine Embassy in Madrid (c/ Eresma 2, Madrid 28002) to vote.

 

3.    Present any valid Philippine or Spanish identification card.

 

4.    You will be issued a ballot which you must accomplish within the premises of the Embassy. 

 

The Philippine Embassy in Madrid will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on May 11 and 12 to receive ballots from voters.
