The Philippine Embassy in Madrid conducted its 2nd Gender and Development Workshop and Planning at Los Negrales, Madrid on 07 February 2026.
The GAD workshop and planning for Madrid PE Personnel was an annual activity conducted jointly with Migrant Workers Office-Madrid and OWWA-Madrid aimed at harmonizing its projects, policies and services to address the specific needs of all genders. It was also intended to mainstream GAD concepts and objectives to its personnel.
The resource speakers for the activity are Consul Dyan Kristine Miranda-Pastrana, Labor Attaché Angela Librado-Trinidad, Acting Welfare Officer Verusckha Ardel Maling, Dr. Ros Costelo and Chester Diaz, the Embassy’s Administrative Officer and GAD Focal Point.
