The Philippine Embassy in Madrid and the Migrant Workers Office jointly held a gender sensitivity training for its personnel on 07 March 2025 in celebration of the International Women’s Day and to kick off its Women’s Month celebration activities.
Entitled “Gender Matters: Sensitivity and Awareness in the Workplace”, personnel participated in the said training to mainstream the Department’s Gender and Development agenda and develop GAD awareness among its personnel.
The training-workshop was conducted by Consul Dyan Kristine Miranda-Pastrana and Labor Attaché Angela Librado-Trinidad. Consul Miranda-Pastrana is a certified ILO Participatory Gender Audit Facilitator while Labatt Librado-Trinidad is an experienced GAD speaker and author.
