Ambassador Philippe J. Lhuillier of the Philippine Embassy in Spain met with DOT Secretary Ma. Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco to discuss potential areas of cooperation in tourism between the Philippines and Spain.
Also present during the meeting were Atty. Karen Mae Sarinas-Baydo, Assistant Chief Operating Officer (Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority – TIEZA); and Usec. Verna Esmeralda C. Buensuceso, Undersecretary for Tourism Development and Planning.
