The Philippine Embassy in Spain joined the ASEAN Committee Chairmanship handover from Vietnam to Indonesia on 26 February 2025 at the Vietnam Embassy in Madrid. The ASEAN Committee in Madrid is composed of Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
