Ambassador Salinas Promotes Philippine Investment and Tourism in Madrid

Madrid, 9 May 2013 –   Ambassador Carlos C. Salinas made a presentation before more than 50 representatives from various Spanish business sectors during a meeting arranged by the Philippine Embassy and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce on 9 May 2013 in Madrid, Spain. 

Ambassador Salinas encouraged Spanish businesses to invest in the Philippines, participate in the government’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program, and enjoy the country’s many beautiful tourist destinations. 

The attendees expressed positive feedback with the latest important developments in the Philippines and have expressed interest in considering the country as a possible destination for their business and investment.

Because of the strong interest displayed by the attendees, the Embassy is arranging more business presentations focusing on the Philippines’ priority sectors.
