Salinas had a meeting with the Director General of Steel Supply company, Mr. Ignacio Bilbao Alexiades, and the Consultants for International Affairs of Extendia Consultores, Mr. Carlos Jimenez Bidon and Jaime Barrera in Sevilla on 5 September 2011 to discuss possible business ventures in the Philippines.
