Salinas had a meeting with the Director General of Jerez Regulatory Council, Mr. Cesar Saldaña; President of the Jerez Brandy Regulatory Council, Mr. Evaristo Babe; President of the Jerez Wine Regulatory Council, M. Antonio Fernandez, and other representatives of the Jerez Regulatory Council on 5 September 2011 in Jerez.
The Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse and Mr. Jose Ignacio Bidon, the Philippine Honorary Consul General to Seville.
