Ambassador Carlos C. Salinas pays a courtesy call on the Secretary-General Enrique V. Iglesias of the Ibero-American Conference (SEGIB)
During the courtesy call to the Headquarters of the Ibero-American Conference (SEGIB) in Madrid, Secretary-General Iglesias welcomed the Philippines as Associate Observer and looked forward to the Philippines’ participation in SEGIB.
Ambassador Salinas thanked the Secretary-General for the warm welcome to SEGIB and gave assurances that the Philippines would work closely with SEGIB on matters of mutual concern.
