Ambassador Carlos C. Salinas met with leaders of the Filipino Community in Sevilla on 5 September 2011 at the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Sevilla to discuss their living and working conditions and their future activities.
Also present during the meeting were Mrs. Isabelita T. Salinas and Consul General, a.h., Jose Ignacio Bidon.
