Dialogue to Diaspora (D2D) Update

To all D2D participants, please be reminded that the deadline for registration is on 15 August 2012.  Participants are also enjoined to fill-out the forms below and send them to the organizers.  The said forms will help the oganizers make all the necessary arrangements for your stay in Rome. As the D2D Conference in Europe approaches,we need additional information to better prepare your welcome. If you have questions to logistics below, please email Macrina Macol (macrinamacol@msn.com),Gregorio  Vitan gregorio.vitan@yahoo.com.

SECTION A: Registration

•    Complete Online Registration (www.d2d.ph) or email attached registration form.

•    Pre-registration is mandatory.

•    Registration deadline and payment is 15 August 2012.

•    Registration on-site will be on space availability

SECTION B: Complete below if you have registered.  This section prepares us for transport and catering arrangements.

Note:  There will be a D2D Help-Desk at the Termini Bus/Train Station (Rome).

Staff will direct participants  to metro bus transit or taxi ride to lodging destination.

 

SECTION D: This section prepares us to determine catering arrangement.  Unless announced,meals are for individual account.
