Evacuation centers
A total of 85,652 families (398,377 persons) are being served inside 1,526 evacuation centers. While 844,241 families (4,002,320 persons) who are not in evacuation centers, are also being served.
Damaged houses
There are currently 648,160 damaged houses (323,454 totally / 324,706 partially) tallied in the affected provinces.
Roads
As of 6:00 p.m., November 13, 2013 all bridges and roads that were previously affected are now passable.
Airports
Operations in Tacloban airport are still limited.
As of November 13, all airports under CAAP control are now operational.
Cost of damages
A total of P12,238,957,467.92 worth of damages (P1,791,321,615 to infrastructure and P10,447,635,852.92 to agriculture) were reported in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, VIII, and Caraga.

Power interruptions
Power outage is being experienced on various areas in the following provinces:

Based on NGCP’s latest inspection, 566 transmission towers and poles are either leaning or toppled and 7 substations are affected which remained unenergized
Water supply
Municipality of Barbaza, Antique, and some municipalities/cities in Capiz and Iloilo, still do not have water supply.
Water supply in areas of Leyte (17 towns, 2 cities) and Western Samar (3 towns,1 city) has been restored.
Several towns have access to water through a diesel-powered / electric-powered pump.
