The Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) for Spain is available at the Consular Section at the Philippine Embassy in Madrid.
Those who have registered are invited to check if their names are included in the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Certified List of Overseas Voters to be able to vote in the upcoming 2013 Senatorial and Party List Elections.
The Embassy is open from 9 am to 130 pm from Monday to Friday and from 3 to 5 pm on Monday and Thursday afternoons.
Those who cannot come to the Embassy to personally check their names may send an email to consular@philembassymadrid.com to confirm their inclusion in the list. Please put “CLOV confirmation” in the subject of the email.
